After you join CORSAIR, you’ll be introduced to other Hands who started around the same time you did. Once you’ve had some time to get to know each other, groups of Hands can decide to form a registered Team. You’ll have a name, a SAFEGUARD in Hope, and you can start accepting MISSIONS.
While we hope every Team gets along, if you have issues working together, we hope you make use of our mediation, counseling, and training services. Reassignment can be requested.
If a team fails too many Missions, a more formal evaluation process will occur and members may be forceably reassigned. This is rare and CORSAIR will step in to solve any problems before reaching this point…but it has happened.
Every Team has a moniker you create together and all official communications for your Team will be addressed by that name. These names can be changed upon request – quite a few IRTs start off with joke names that they later wish to change after gaining some renown.
